From opening new stores to managing high-volume kitchens and coaching staff into standout performers, Tony has built a reputation for being the leader you call when you want things done right. He’s known for turning big goals into daily wins, keeping standards sky-high, and making sure every employee feels supported and every customer feels welcome.

A Carbondale native with St. Louis and Belleville roots, Tony is just as committed to his community as he is to his craft. When he’s not optimizing budgets or shaping the next generation of strong service leaders, you’ll find him enjoying life with his four children - Zechariah, Josephine, Josiah, and Joshua - or planning his next family adventure. Grounded, hardworking, and always up for a challenge, Tony is proud to bring his passion for people and great service to the heart of Venice.

As Venice Grocery’s accountant, Rochelle brings more than a decade of high-level financial expertise - and a talent for transforming complex numbers into clear, actionable insights. With a background spanning financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, compliance, and leadership, she has built a respected career, rising from Accounts Payable Coordinator to Senior Staff Accountant. Known for her sharp analytical mind, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to improving processes, Rochelle ensures our operations stay compliant, efficient, and financially sound. Her work not only strengthens the store’s foundation but helps drive smarter decisions across the entire organization.

Outside the world of spreadsheets and statements, Rochelle is full of personality and passion. She’s a proud mom to two grown sons, Corey and Kristian, and a doting grandmother to her eight-year-old granddaughter, Charlie. When she isn’t balancing books, you’ll likely find her line dancing, skating, reading, or relaxing with her favorite music. With her blend of professionalism, leadership, and joy, Rochelle brings both financial excellence and a vibrant spirit to the Venice Grocery family.

With more than a decade on the line in some of St. Louis’s busiest kitchens, Irving brings deep culinary experience and a steady, reliable presence to the Venice Grocery Pizza & Deli team. From handcrafted pies at to high-volume service, he’s done it all - prep, grill, sauté, and every station in between. Known for his strong work ethic, kitchen leadership, and commitment to food safety, Irving helps keep operations running smoothly while making sure every dish that leaves his line is something he’s proud of.

Outside of work, Irving is a proud father and grandfather who treasures quiet time at home, good meals, and a good game - whether it’s college or pro football. His easygoing spirit, dedication to quality, and genuine love for feeding people make him a perfect fit for Venice’s growing team.
